Andrés Ocampo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad Católica Argentina, has more than 17 years of experience in business and finance and has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2013. He joined GeoPark in 2010 and was the Director of Growth and Capital from January 2011 through October 2013. Andrés has been instrumental in helping GeoPark reach some of its greatest milestones, including its entry into Colombia and Brazil, the IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, the acquisition of Amerisur Resources and the recent significant acreage expansion in Colombia. On March 8, 2022 our board of directors appointed Mr. Ocampo to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective July 1, 2022, by virtue of his wide experience in business management and finance together with his character, vision, knowledge of the Company and his proven ability to lead successful teams.

Before joining our Company, Mr. Ocampo worked at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and Citigroup, focusing on the oil and gas and commodities industries.

Verónica Dávila joined our Company in December 2016 and has been as our CFO since July 2022. She previously served as Commercial Director in charge of managing GeoPark’s oil and gas sales and transportation strategy, negotiating key financial agreements and supporting the development of the Company’s overall financial strategy.

Verónica is a highly experienced financial leader with a strong banking background and deep understanding of oil and gas market dynamics. She has over 15 years of experience in the commodities and financial sectors. Prior to joining GeoPark, she spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs, within the investment banking Division and at the Commodities Sales and Trading arm in New York.

Verónica holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad Católica Argentina.

Augusto Zubillaga joined GeoPark in 2006. He previously served in other management positions throughout the Company including Chief Operations Officer, Operations Director, Director for Argentina and Production Director. He is a petroleum engineer with over 26 years of experience in production, engineering, well completion, corrosion control, reservoir management and field development. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Zubillaga worked for Petrolera Argentina San Jorge S.A. and Chevron San Jorge S.A. At Chevron San Jorge S.A., he led multi-disciplinary teams focused on improving production, costs and safety, and was the leader of the Asset Development Team, which was responsible for creating the field development plan, and estimating and auditing the oil and gas reserves of the Trapial field in Argentina.

He has a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the ITBA Technical Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is the author of several industry papers on matters including electrical submersible pump optimization, corrosion control, water handling and intelligent production systems.

Mr. Terrado joined our company in August 2018. He has more than 25 years of experience in the oil industry, working in field development and operations. Before joining GeoPark, he worked for Petrolera Argentina San Jorge S.A. and Chevron in international operations, including in Argentina, the United States and Venezuela. At Chevron, Mr. Terrado led heavy oil operations at fields in Venezuela. Before that, he was responsible for water injection, CO2 flooding and unconventional operations. Martin has a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the ITBA Technical Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina and an MBA from the IAE Business School at the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Pedro Aylwin has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2013 and as our Director of Legal and Governance since April 2011. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Aylwin worked for us as an advisor on governance and legal matters. He holds a degree in law from the Universidad de Chile and an LLM from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Aylwin has extensive experience in the natural resources sector. He is also a partner at the law firm Aylwin, Mendoza, Luksic, Valencia Abogados in Santiago, Chile, where he represented mining, chemical and oil and gas companies in numerous transactions. From 2006 until 2011, he served as Lead Manager and General Counsel at BHP Billiton, Base Metals, where he was in charge of legal and corporate governance matters on BHP Billiton’s projects, operations and natural resource assets in South America, North America, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Agustina Wisky has worked with our Company since it was founded in November 2002 and has been our Director of Capabilities and Culture since 2018. She previously served as our Director of Performance and as our Director of People since 2012 until December 2016. Mrs. Wisky is a public accountant, and also holds a degree in Human Resources from the Austral University of Argentina’s IAE Business School. She has over 15 years of experience in the oil industry. Before joining our company, she worked at AES Gener and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Salvador Minniti has been our Director of Exploration since January 2012. He previously served as our Exploration Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Universidad Nacional de La Plata and has a graduate degree in Oil Geology from the Instituto Argentino. Mr. Minniti has over 30 years of experience in oil exploration and has worked in YPF S.A., Petrolera Argentina San Jorge S.A. and Chevron Argentina.

Stacy Steimel joined GeoPark in February 2017 as our Shareholder Value Director. Ms. Steimel has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector as Fund Manager and subsequently as regional CEO for PineBridge Investments, ex-AIG Investments in Latin America. Before AIG, Ms. Steimel held positions in the US Treasury Department and at the InterAmerican Development Bank. She holds an MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, an MA in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA from the College of William and Mary.

Ignacio Mazariegos has served as our New Business Director since June 2019 and has been with our Company since November 2010. He previously served as Business Performance Director (from February 2018 through May 2019) and as Corporate Planning Manager (from February 2015 through January 2018). Mr. Mazariegos holds an Industrial Engineering degree and a Specialization in Oil and Gas Production from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA). Before joining our Company, Mr. Mazariegos worked at Esso Argentina.

Mrs. La Rotta has been our Director of Connections since November 2018, being responsible for GeoPark’s institutional affairs, internal and external communications. She is a communications professional and award-winning journalist with broad experience in Latin America, Asia, and the United States. For over six years she led the media relations strategy for Americas Society/Council of the Americas, a New York-headquartered business organization whose members are international corporations representing a broad range of industries. Previously she was a TV reporter and anchor in her native Colombia and worked as a foreign correspondent in Brazil, the United States, Japan, and Hong Kong. Mrs. La Rotta holds a BA in Journalism from Colombia’s Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a certificate in NGO Management from Temple University-Japan.

Norma Sánchez was awarded the degree of Social Worker at Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia, holds a masters in Corporate Social Responsibility, Accounting and Social Audit of the University of Barcelona and holds a certification as Specialist in Process Management for Conflict Resolution and Negotiation at Scotwork Latinamerica. She has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Before joining our company, she worked in Perenco Colombia Limited, Alange Energy Corp, Glencore, Petrobras and Ecopetrol.

Carlos Gómez has served as our Safety and Health Manager since 2014. Mr. Gómez is a Petroleum Engineer from the American University of Bogotá and he has a specialization in Industrial Safety, Health and Environment from the Universidad Agraria of Colombia. He has over 20 years of experience working in different countries of Latin America like Pride International, San Antonio Internacional, Baker Hughes and Ecopetrol.

Sabrina Garcia joined the company in 2008, to be part of the Accounting team, and later became the Information Management Supervisor. She was awarded the degree of Public Accountant at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, and she participated in the Management Development Program 2015, at IAE. She has more than 12 years of experience (PWC).

Verónica Hayden joined our Company in 2013 and previously worked as Organizational Development Manager and Regional People Manager. She holds a BA in Educational Sciences and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Argentina’s San Andrés University. Mrs. Hayden has close to 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining GeoPark she worked at Perez Companc and Petrobras Energía S.A.
